Free evaluations happen within 24 to 48 hours of the call. A roofing contractor goes up and checks for damage and missing shingles, because the tell is rarely the thing you can see from the driveway. After a storm that window matters: one homeowner had a branch through the roof and a project manager was there the next morning to patch it until the crew could come.
claim
We work with all major insurance companies and handle the claims paperwork, including working alongside your adjuster. This is the part of the business that grew out of 2020, when a hailstorm hit West Baton Rouge and Louisiana went on to see 30 named storms and Hurricane Laura. Months of claims taught us where they stall.

FORTIFIED is a specification, not a badge. A broader drip edge with a fully adhered starter strip for high-wind stability. A sealed roof deck that keeps protecting even if the shingles above it are compromised. Ring-shank nails in a reinforced pattern instead of smooth nails. We are certified in all three classifications: Hurricane, High Wind and Professional.

That line is a customer's, not ours. Crews clean the work area each day, are careful around landscaping, and the roof is covered by a two-year workmanship warranty when they leave. In many cases a roofing project finishes in a single day, though larger or more complex roofs take two days or more.

Aluminium patio covers in two systems. Flat and W panels in thick-gauge aluminium with a baked-on finish that will not chip or rust, rated to 110 mph three-second gusts. Insulated panels, three inches of laminated Styrofoam between two aluminium sheets, rated to 150 mph and able to hide the electrical run. Ivory, white, sandstone, adobe or bronze.

He does everything to make sure the customer gets what they're looking for without having to go over budget. Rob & his office personnel also handled everything with the insurance company.
